These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kelearn.com website ("Site") and all educational products and services offered by Kelearn, which is the e-learning brand of Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd (KELTRON), a Government of Kerala undertaking.

By accessing or using our Site and services, you ("User," "you," or "your") are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2.1. Eligibility: Our services are primarily intended for students and individuals up to 35 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration; to maintain and promptly update that information; to maintain the confidentiality of your account username and password; and to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Kelearn immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3. Account Termination: Kelearn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at its sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason, including but not limited to abusive conduct, non-payment, or unauthorized use.

3. Course Enrollment, Fees, and Refunds

3.1. Course Enrollment: Enrollment in our Medical Coding, Medical Transcription, Medical Scribing, and other healthcare documentation programs is subject to availability and meeting specific eligibility criteria for each course.

3.2. Course Fees: All course fees are clearly stated on the respective course pages. Fees are payable as per the payment schedule outlined for each course. Payment obligations are non-cancelable.

3.3. Payment Methods: Fees are typically paid via Demand Draft (DD) in the name of Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited, payable at Thiruvananthapuram, or through other secure payment gateways as specified. We do not store sensitive financial details directly on our servers.

3.4. Refunds: Once course fees are paid and you have attended batches or accessed course materials, fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, where a serious or special reason is provided (for example, prolonged illness with a medical certificate, or a new job appointment preventing attendance with an appointment letter), a refund inquiry may be initiated. If approved, administrative charges (for example, 10% or 25% of the course fee) may be deducted, and the remaining amount will be processed as per Kelearn's refund policy applicable to the specific course at that time. Transfers to another course may be offered as an alternative to refunds where applicable.

3.5. Installments: Payment in installments may be available for certain courses, subject to specific terms and conditions outlined for that particular course.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Ownership: The content of the pages of this website, including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, course materials, videos, text, software, and all other materials provided as part of the services ("Kelearn Content"), is owned by or licensed to Kelearn and KELTRON. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2. Limited License: Kelearn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Kelearn Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes related to the course(s) you are enrolled in.

4.3. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, redistributing, publishing, displaying, performing, modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from any Kelearn Content without our express written permission.
• Copying, downloading, capturing, reproducing, broadcasting, or transmitting any part of the course materials or content in any way except for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Renting, leasing, sub-licensing, loaning, translating, merging, adapting, or varying the Training Materials or Documentation.
• Altering or modifying any part of the Training Materials or Documentation, or permitting them to be combined with or incorporated into any other materials.
• Distributing or commercially exploiting the content.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Kelearn Content.

4.4. Trademarks: All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, Kelearn are acknowledged on the website.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
