About KeLearn
KeLearn is KELTRON's e-learning brand. KELTRON is Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd, a Government of Kerala undertaking established in 1973. KELTRON sets the examination and issues the certificate. Training runs at 15 centres and through the KeLearn Virtual Centre.
KELTRON formed its Knowledge Services Group in 1999, as a business unit within its IT Business Group, to impart technical education to students in Kerala. KeLearn operates from that same unit: our head office is the Knowledge Services Group, ITBG, at Keltron House, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram.

The straight answer
What the certificate is
It is a Government of Kerala undertaking's certificate of training and examination. Employers in this field hire on skill and on the external credentials they name in their own advertisements, chiefly AAPC's. We prepare you for those exams; their fees are separate and are not included.
