Adopted by KeLearn on this date, carried over from the previous website. This is not legal advice. Alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is still under review.

Three passages have been removed from this page.
The policy carried over from the previous website described collecting and sharing your CV and course performance data with employers, as part of an employment-outcome service for which KeLearn has not supplied evidence. Those passages (one data category in section 1, one purpose in section 3 and one recipient in section 5) are not published here. An outcome claim that cannot be evidenced is not published on this site, and a data-sharing permission is not asserted on behalf of a service whose existence has not been shown to us; under section 21(4) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, whoever publishes an advertisement answers for it alongside the advertiser. Replacement wording is with KeLearn. Section numbering below is left exactly as published, and each gap is marked where it occurs.
This Privacy Policy describes how Kelearn ("we," "us," or "our"), which is the e-learning brand of Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd (KELTRON), a Government of Kerala undertaking, collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the kelearn.com website ("Site") and all products and services offered by Kelearn, including our Medical Coding, Medical Transcription, Medical Scribing, and other healthcare documentation training programs.
